草莓奶酪蛋糕味冰淇淋 Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream的做法(雪花)

将奶油奶酪、酸奶、白糖、香草精华混合在一起,搅拌均匀。加入草莓丁和鲜奶油(或者牛奶),继续搅拌均匀后,冷冻4-5小时。每隔1小时彻底搅拌一下。冻好后,加入碎饼干搅拌,并继续冷冻1小时。

Combine together cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Add in diced strawberry and whipping cream (or milk), stir again till smooth. Freeze for 5-6 hours. Remove from freezer every hour, use a strong spoon to mix the content really well. (Or use an ice cream maker according to instruction) Add the broken crackers at the last mixing.
