南瓜面疙瘩 Sweet Pumpkin & Dumpling的做法(雪花)

做法:
南瓜去皮切成小块,加冰糖,加水煮熟。面粉,加一勺白糖,加少许水,调成糊,一勺勺投入到沸腾的南瓜汤中。

加入泡开的枸杞子,闷一会会儿,疙瘩熟了就好了。
Cut the squash into small chuncks, add a few pieces of rock sugar, and boil with water. Keep the water boiling until the squash is tender.

Mix flour with some sugar,add enough water to make into a thick batter. It’s about the same consistancy for pancake batter. Drop spoonfulls of the batter into the boiling water.

Add the goji fruits, put on the lid, and cook until the “dumplings” are cooked through. It doesn’t take long.
