Chicken Gizzard Stirfry
200g chicken gizzard
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
salt to taste
Cut chicken gizzard into slices. Break red & green pepper into
same size pieces with hand (you could use a knif to cut, but it
doesn’t taste as good!)
Heat 2 tbsp of oil on high heat. Stirfry the chicken gizzard and
pepper till chicken gizzard shows no more pink. Add a tbsp of
chinese cooking wine & salt to taste. Stir and plate. Serve
with rice.
