Sweet Vinaigrette Pork liver
1 pork liver,1 large onion,1 tsp salt,2 tbsp chinese black vinegar,2 tbsp sugar,1 1/2 tbsp oil,1 tsp corn starch,2 tbsp cold water
Wash and pat dry the pork liver, cut into small pieces.
Half the onion and cut into peddles.
Quickly dip the pork liver pieces in boiling water, remove and drain imedietly.
Saute onion peddles in half tbsp of oil till transparent. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil on high heat, then stirfry the pork liver pieces till mostly cooked.
Add the onion back in, and salt, vinegar and sugar.
Continue stirfrying till pork liver is totally cooked, no pink is showing.
Combine corn startch with water, add to the wok,
stir until sauce is transparent and evenly coated on the food.
Plate and serve with rice. Enjoy!
