三文鱼两面都撒上少许盐,单面抹上法式芥末酱,送回冰箱腌15-30分钟。(我们去铲雪了,结果手指冻得都肿了。我可是戴了两双手套哇!)
烤箱预热到200℃。
三文鱼有芥末酱的那面上,再铺上一层碎杏仁。
用抹了黄油或者橄榄油的烤盘盛着,入烤箱,上下火,烤10-15分钟。
(如果用餐刀扒拉一下三文鱼中间,可以轻易散开就是熟了。不过尽量不要扒拉,多做几次后掌握好自家烤箱的特性后,不用扒拉也知道该烤多久就更完美了)
Sprinkle both sides of salmon with salt,
spread mustard on one side, cover and refrigrate for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200℃. (I used a small toaster oven to save energy)
Cover salmon with a layer of broken almond, on the side that has mustard. Grease a bakeware and put the salmon in, almond face up.Bake for 10-15 minutes.
(When the salmon is done, it should easily fall apart when inserting a butter knif into the center. But don’t do this every
time! Practice with your oven and get to know how to control the timing.)
