烤完后取出,先不要动,以保留鱼肉里的汁水不流失。
生菜洗净撕碎,红椒洗净切丝,铺在盘底。把三文鱼块放在生菜和红椒的沙拉上。
After baking is done, remove salmon and let it stand for a few minutes to prevent loosing the juice within.
Wash the lettus, dry and tear apart. Wash the red pepper, cut into slices, mix with lettus, lay on the bottom of a plate, then top with the still-warm salmon. Enjoy!
