Lettus with Garlic Oyster Sauce
200g lettus
1-2 clove of garlic
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp corn startch
150ml cold water
Wash and dry lettus leaves, cut into pieces. Mince the
garlic.
Quickly dip lettus pieces into boiling water. Remove and drain,
arrange on a plate.
Mix corn startch with cold water.
Heat oil on medium heat. Add the minced garlic, oyster sauce, corn
starch mixture. Bring to a boil, and pour over lettus.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!
