这个芒果咖哩酱可以单独做小菜吃,也可以佐米饭,还可以做西餐肉类的浇头。我这次用的是宜家买的冰冻瑞典肉丸子,烤箱烤出来的。
This mango chutney can be enjoyed on its own, with rice, and even serve along with meat dishes. This time I used baked frozen meat ball from IKEA.
这个肉丸子在宜家的餐厅配的是一种红果子的果酱。可是我发觉这个甜甜咸咸,微微有点辣的芒果咖哩酱也非常非常的适合。
IKEA serves these meat balls with lingonberries sauce. But I found this mango chutney suits them very well too.
不仅仅可以像上头正餐时吃,也可以做成西餐头盆,或者鸡尾酒会小点心呢。
Not only you can serve that at dinner table, it’s also good as a appetizer, or a snack at a cocktail party.
