肉桂皮、小茴香籽、小豆蔻籽、丁香、姜
Ingredients:
1 stick of cinnamon,8 green cardamons,8 cloves a pinch of fennel seeds (or anise seeds),a few ginger slices,1.5 cups of warter,1 cup of milk,sugar to taste,2 tea bags of Darjeerline Tea (or 1 tablespoone if using loose leaves)
